Taken together, these evidences suggest that Cyclin E1 siRNA and MMP9 inhibitor could reverse G6PD upregulated ccRCC cells proliferation and migration, which indicating that these functional genes including Cyclin E1 and MMP9 may probably be necessary regulatory factors and involved in the G6PD-mediated ccRCC proliferation and migration. This evidence concerns the gene CCNE1 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
