The results demonstrated that MAGEA3 expression was also associated with immune cell-associated chemokines and chemokine receptors, and most of them were negatively correlated, such as CCL5 (R = −0.2167, p = 2.09e−05), CXCR3 (R = −0.2274, p = 7.76e−06), and CXCL13 (R = −0.1707, p = 8.50e−04), those results may indicate that the expression of MAGEA3 may regulate the migration of immune cells to tumor microenvironment. The gene discussed is CCL5; the disease is neoplasm.
