Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis showed that FOXP4-AS1 had a high-value area under the curve (AUC) of 0.8679 (0.8060 to 0.9298), a sensitivity of 85.50% and a specificity of 84.10% (Figure 1G) in distinguishing ESCC from normal tissues.
