ASB2 and leukemia: Despite the importance of the β or α isoforms of this gene to myogenesis, hematopoiesis, cardiomyocyte maturation, cardiac homeostasis, certain types of leukemia, and Notch, TGFβ, and retinoic acid signaling pathways (Table S6), there has been only one study published about epigenetic regulation of ASB2.
