Furthermore, this study confirmed that TEX10 silencing inhibited the β-catenin and level activation of cyclin D1 and c-Myc, demonstrating that TEX10 might promote the tumorigenesis of urinary bladder carcinoma via increasing XRCC6 level to enhance the signaling of Wnt/β-catenin.
