XRCC6 and urinary bladder carcinoma: Figure 5(b) reveals that TEX10's, cyclin D1's, and c-Myc's mRNA states in the TEX10-silenced cells were dramatically decreased (Figure 5(c)), whereas the mRNA states of XRCC6 did not change in the mentioned cells, which suggested that TEX10 regulates level of XRCC6 in posttranscriptional level but not in mRNA state. Accordingly, the mentioned result gave the vital clue that TEX10 was likely to facilitate urinary bladder carcinoma tumorigenesis by increasing XRCC6 level to enhance the Signaling of Wnt/β-catenin.
