SREBF1 and Hepatic steatosis: Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruit polysaccharide potentially composed of (1→5) linked-α-L-Araf, (1→6) linked-α-D-Galp, (1→3,4) linked-β-L-Fucp, and (1→4) linked-β-D-Glcp, prevents hepatic steatosis via decreasing the expression of SREBP-1c, ACC-1 and FAS (Wang et al., 2018; Wang et al., 2020a).
