TNF and rheumatoid arthritis: A prospective cohort study in BMJ explored the effectiveness of rituximab, abatacept, and tocilizumab in adult RA patients with poor response to TNF inhibitors, and it was found that compared with abatacept, rituximab and tocilizumab could significantly improve average durations of survival in those refractory RA patients (Gottenberg et al., 2019).
