Considering that a large number of previous studies have confirmed [42–46] that apoptosis, autophagy, and immune inflammatory mechanisms are crucial in the pathogenesis of PD, as well as confirming the role of HNRNPC in the process of cell proliferation and apoptosis, our study initially explored the role of HNRNPC in the pathogenesis of PD based on the above phenotype. Here, HNRNPC is linked to Parkinson disease.
