In this study, the age, years of education, gender, anxiety score, depression score, liver function AST and ALT indicators, and kidney function creatinine of the AD group and the control group were not statistically significant (P > 0.05), but two groups of education years and, but MOCA rating were statistically significant (P < 0.05),which can help to avoid affecting the accuracy of research results due to different groups of patients.
