Survival analysis based on the Survival package of R found that 13 mRNAs (CCNE1, TPD52, SDC1, ANLN, ZNF367, SOX11, IRS2, EZR, DSC3, CCND2, KPNA2, CBX2, and CEP55) among the 100 DEmRNAs in the ceRNA network were closely associated with the overall survival of breast cancer patients.
