Our results revealed that 13 mRNAs (CCNE1, TPD52, SDC1, ANLN, ZNF367, SOX11, IRS2, EZR, DSC3, CCND2, KPNA2, CBX2, and CEP55) and 6 miRNAs (hsa-miR-204-5p, hsa-miR-335-5p, hsa-miR-100-5p, hsa-miR-195-5p, hsa-miR-328-3p, and hsa-miR-342-3p) were significantly associated with the prognosis of breast cancer patients. The gene discussed is ANLN; the disease is breast carcinoma.
