First, we searched the relevant core targets of GZD in the treatment of asthma; then, we conducted pathway enrichment analyses and drew the “Ingredient-target-pathway” network; key compounds (ursolic acid, quercetin, phaseolinisoflavan, moupinamide, and glabrene), core targets (MAPK1, MAPK3, NFKB1, IKBKB, NRAS, RAF1, PIK3CG, RELA, and CHUK), and pathways (anti-inflammatory and immune-related) were predicted by network pharmacology. This evidence concerns the gene RELA and asthma.
