Groups treated with RBO (0.2 and 0.4 ml/rat) for two weeks after inducing liver fibrosis showed a substantial (P≤0.05) reduction of liver enzymes (ALT; 17.7±1.15 and 15.7±1.26 U/L and AST; 38.4±1.167 and 36.9±0.53 U/L) showing the percent of reduction of 40.8% and 47.5% for ALT, 18.47% and 21.65 for AST, respectively.
