PDPN and colonic neoplasm: Therefore, this study aims to determine whether IHC for anti-D2-40 monoclonal antibody should be routinely performed in low-risk stage II colon cancer patients when LVI could not be identified by routine H&E staining and whether adjuvant therapy would improve the clinical outcomes of low-risk stage II colon cancer cases with LVI positivity by D2-40 immunostaining.
