Using this animal model of migraine, we observed dynamic changes of the expression of CGRP, PACAP, NYP, VIP, and nociceptin in the TG and the levels of these neuropeptides in jugular vein blood at different time points after stimulation to set a foundation for future studies on the role of these neuropeptides in the pathogenesis of migraine. This evidence concerns the gene PNOC and migraine disorder.
