Restricted to estimates of the RR of Gleason score ≥7 PCa, the pooled random-effects RRs were 1.59 (95% CI 1.02–2.49; I2 = 0%) for BRCA1 carriers and 4.94 (95% CI 3.51–6.96; I2 = 0%) for BRCA2 carriers. The gene discussed is BRCA2; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
