For CRC-specific mortality, the fully adjusted HRs for the highest relative to the lowest quintile (HRQ5 vs. Q1) of CML, CEL, MG-H1, and the combined AGEs were 1.16 (95% CI: 0.98–1.36, Ptrend = 0.23), 1.11 (95% CI: 0.94–1.31, Ptrend = 0.13), 1.10 (95% CI: 0.94–1.28, Ptrend = 0.24), and 1.09 (95% CI: 0.93–1.28, Ptrend = 0.29), respectively. This evidence concerns the gene MGAM and colorectal carcinoma.
