Even fully adjusted, the tertiles of SERPINA3 levels were also significantly associated with CAD (Tertile 3 vs. Tertile 1: OR = 4.32, 95% CI:1.44–13.01, P = 0.009; Tertile 2 vs. Tertile 1: OR = 1.15, 95% CI:0.40–3.33, P = 0.790). This evidence concerns the gene SERPINA3 and coronary artery disorder.
