Our results showed that TAP1 was upregulated in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CESC), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), OC, pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), etc. (Figure 1D), indicating the role of TAP1 as a tumor marker across various cancers. This evidence concerns the gene TAP1 and neoplasm.
