Univariate analysis showed that tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells were correlated with tumor location (P <0.001), size (P = 0.012), mitotic index (P = 0.001), risk grade (P = 0.004), gene mutation type (P <0.001), CD3+ (P <0.001), CD4+ (P <0.001), Foxp3+ T cells (P <0.001), CD20+ B cells (P <0.001), CD56+ NK cells (P <0.001), CD68+ macrophages (P = 0.003), PD-1 (P <0.001), and PD-L1 expression (P <0.001) (Table 2).
