Analysis of the relationship between the PNI+ALBI grade and clinicopathological characteristics showed that the PNI+ALBI grade correlated with obstructive jaundice, alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), cancer antigen 19-9 (CA19-9), cancer antigen 125 (CA125), PNI, ALBI, Child–Pugh grade, type of resection, tumor size, major vascular invasion, microvascular invasion, T stage, and N stage (p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene MUC16 and neoplasm.
