Encouraged by fourteen GNF-7 derivatives capable of suppressing the proliferation against Ba/F3 cells transformed with NRAS-G12D and NRAS-G12V, we assessed anti-proliferative activities of GNF-7 and its derivatives against various cancer cells harboring mtRAS such as H358 (KRAS-G12C), AsPC-1 (KRAS-G12D), DU-145 (KRAS-G12V), SW480 (KRAS-G12V), MDA-MB-231 (KRAS-G13D), HT-29 (KRAS-Q61L), and OCI-AML3 (NRAS-Q61L) as shown in Table 2.
