Obviously, regulator of G protein signaling 1 (RGS1) showed the greatest fold change in Tex cells across three cancers and also across different patients, showing the greatest fold change in Pre_exhaust cell in HCC and NSCLC (Figure 3A; Supplementary Figure S2), illustrating its potential roles during T-cell exhaustion.
