FGFR1 and neoplasm: Interestingly, in a multivariate analysis, including ENSAT tumor stage and proliferation index Ki-67, two well established prognostic factors for ACC (41, 42), the association between FGFR1 expression and the recurrence-free survival and between FGFR4 expression and the OS remained significant (HR=6.10, 95%CI: 1.78 – 20.86, p=0.004 and HR=3.23, 95%CI: 1.52 – 6.88, p=0.002, respectively) (Table 3).
