The evidence shows that overexpression of IL24 has been found to inhibit the migration of pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, neuroblastoma, and hepatocellular carcinoma cells (Zhuo et al., 2013; Han et al., 2015; Janani et al., 2015; Jia et al., 2016). The gene discussed is IL24; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
