TRAF6 and Alzheimer disease: In this study, D-gal/AlCl3 exposure significantly increased the expression of MyD88, TRAF6 and NF-κB, whereas JA845 pre-treatment effectively inhibited the expression of MyD88, TRAF6, NF-κB in AD model mice, which suggested that the anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects of JA845 on D-gal/AlCl3-induced neuroinflammation are connected with downregulation of MyD88/TRAF6/NF-κB pathway.
