ITGB3BP was also positively correlated with age and chemotherapy (Figure 2C,E), and the expression level of ITGB3BP in grade IV glioma (glioblastoma) was significantly higher than that in grade III glioma (anaplastic astrocytoma, anaplastic oligodendroglioma and anaplastic oligoastrocytoma), which in turn showed higher ITGB3BP expression levels than grade II glioma (astrocytoma, oligodendroglioma and oligoastrocytoma) (Figure 2G). This evidence concerns the gene ITGB3BP and central nervous system cancer.
