At 24 h post infection, 14 molecules (TRIP10, WASL, TFRC, ARPC5, GALK2, EIF3I, SNRPE, FN1, ARFGEF1, TUBA4A, DHX15, SRSF1, EIF4A1 and PPP2R1B) were up-regulated in BALF, 10 of which were also dramatically changed in PBMCs, but only 3 of them were up-regulated. Here, FN1 is linked to infection.
