FLT3 and acute myeloid leukemia: More recently, targeted therapies, such as selective Fms‐related receptor tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3, also known as CD135) inhibitors (e.g., midostaurin, quizartinib, crenolanib, and gilteritinib), BCL‐2 inhibitors (e.g., venetoclax), or isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) inhibitors (e.g., ivosidenib and enasidenib), have been used for some neoplasms (e.g., acute myeloid leukemia or acute lymphocytic leukemia).
