CRP and Hepatosplenomegaly: Hepatosplenomegaly was detected, and initial laboratory tests revealed the following: white blood cell count, 23,650/μL; hemoglobin, 18 g/dL; platelet count, 158,000/μL; aspartate aminotransferase, 741 IU/L; alanine aminotransferase, 324 IU/L; C-reactive protein (CRP), 19.72 mg/dL; total bilirubin 11 mg/dL; direct bilirubin 7.2 mg/dL; and gamma-glutamyltransferase, 118 U/L.
