The larger nodes such as MAPK1 (mitogen-activated protein kinase 1), nuclear receptor subfamily 3 group C member 1 (NR3C1), 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 2A (HTR2A), 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 2C (HTR2C), and estrogen receptor alpha (ESR1) indicated that they played an important role in anti-PTSD activity. This evidence concerns the gene MAPK1 and post-traumatic stress disorder.
