Dissecting the effects of GH stimulation in human HF and skin organ culture [65,66,67,68] in the presence/absence of GHR siRNA, followed by laser capture microdissection-based RNAseq analysis of defined HF and skin compartments or single-cell RNAseq, should help to clarify which cell population(s) in human skin are most receptive to GHR stimulation. This evidence concerns the gene GHR and hydrops fetalis.
