Supplemental Table S2 shows the two-way Anova results for AD, DM, and the interaction between them for each variable. AD was significantly influenced by increasing the value of all the glycoprotein and CRP variables. The DM significantly affected the value of Area GlycB, H/W GlycB, H/W GlycA, and CRP. However, the interaction between both effects (AD and DM) was only significant for Area GlycA (p < 0.05), H/W GlycA (p < 0.01), and H/W GlycB (p < 0.05), which showed a synergistic effect between the two conditions. Here, CRP is linked to Alzheimer disease.
