In terms of concomitant medications, we observed no statistically significant differences between patients with and without lung cancer after HTX with respect to the administration of acetylsalicylic acid, beta-blockers, ivabradine, calcium channel blockers, angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitors/angiotensin II receptor blockers, or statins (all p ≥ 0.05). The gene discussed is ACE; the disease is lung carcinoma.
