We compared the sleep quality (PSQI) score with a longitudinal approach, neuropsychological parameters (Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS), Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR), 24-h Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HRSD-24) and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA)), blood Aβ42/40 ratio, and Tau-pT181 proteins before and after a 6-month sleep treatment in 64 MCI patients with sleep-disordered breathing. This evidence concerns the gene MAPT and depressive symptom measurement.
