CYP2C18 and neoplasm: The tumor microenvironment network also identified significant downregulation of genes associated with metabolism of hormones, drugs and xenobiotic compounds such as Cytochrome P450 Family 2 Subfamily C Member 18 (CYP2C18), SLC10A2, Solute Carrier Family 10, 27 Member 2 (SLC27A2), and Sulfotransferase Family 1C Member 2 (SULT1C2) which in turn is expected to inhibit IL-10RA (interleukin-10 receptor) expression.
