Interestingly, the expression levels of some highly regulated genes predicted to inhibit parasitic infection which include antigen representing MHC class II molecules (H2-AB1, H2-AA, CIITA and H2-EB1), IFNγ induced GTPases (IIGP1, IGTP, GBP2, GBP8, GBP11, GBP6 and GBP4) and chemokines (CXCL10 and CXCL9) does not differ between day 45 PI and day 93 PI (Figure 3B). Here, GBP6 is linked to parasitic infectious disease.
