At the family level, the increased abundance of Desulfovibrionaceae, Deferribacteraceae, Peptostreptococcaceae, and Staphylococcaceae had significant positive correlation with the expression of intestinal pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-8, IL-1β, and tumor numbers, whereas increased level of IL-10, colon length, Claudin-1, and caspase-3 had significant negative relationship with Desulfovibrionaceae, Peptostreptococcaceae, Xanthobacteraceae, Staphylococcaceae, and Enterobacteriaceae. Here, IL10 is linked to neoplasm.
