CSF3 and psoriasis: IL-10 is also believed to play a role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis by inhibiting the formation of antigen-induced Th1 lymphocytes, as well as the production of cytokines, particularly IFN-γ and IL-2, and the secretion of TNF, IL-1α, IL-6, IL-8, IL-12, granulocyte colony-stimulating-factor (G-CSF) and granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating-factor (GM-CSF) by macrophages and monocytes.
