ALB and neoplasm: The first was a pilot study in which mice with relatively small syngeneic orthografts (5000 GL261 cells per mouse) were randomly placed into the following treatment groups 7 days post-tumor inoculation: (1) one round of perfusion fluid central nervous system (PFCNS) + 2% human serum albumin (HSA) (control); (2) one round of NSC-CRAd-S-pk7 treatment; and (3) three weekly rounds of NSC-CRAd-S-pk7 treatment.
