Radiopharmaceuticals targeting the prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) have seen great success in Nuclear Medicine for both diagnosis and endoradiotherapy of prostate cancer (PCa) [1,2] thus paving the way for (radio)theranostics [3,4,5] with guidelines being published by international experts and societies [6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19]. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and Familial prostate cancer.
