Approximately one third (7 of 19; SPRR2G, RAET1G, FOXA2, BNIPL, LOR, LCE2B, and LCE1B) had expression that was highest among the NED/Stage1/Stage2 cluster, lower in the premalignant cluster, and even lower in Stage 3 cervical cancer tissue. This evidence concerns the gene RAET1G and cervical carcinoma.
