As shown in Figure 3, the presence of 100%VitD3-tolDC in PBMC cultures, reduced the percentage of activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells (HLA-DR+ CD38+ T lymphocytes) in both, RRMS patients and HD, compared to the reference condition (mDC) (p < 0.05), except for activated CD4+ T cells from HD (p = 0.050) (n = 6 for each group) (Table 2).
