Complex analysis of the effect of MET on the metabolic profile in wild-type MCF-7 (MCF-7WT) breast cancer cells and the cells with knock out PRODH/POX expression (MCF-7crPOX) may contribute to development of knowledge on the mechanism of antineoplastic activity of MET and may help to improve experimental cancer pharmacotherapy.
