In addition, we obtained five significant enriched pathways, including ubiquitin mediated proteolysis (bta04120, p = 0.01), PI3K-Akt signaling pathway (bta04151, p = 0.019), pantothenate and CoA biosynthesis (bta00770, p = 0.039), nicotine addiction (bta05033, p = 0.037), and pathways in cancer (bta05200, p = 0.047), which were related to immune, metabolism, and signal transduction. Here, AKT1 is linked to nicotine dependence.
