In a sensitivity analysis that examined IgE‐mediated food allergy as measured by oral food challenge or based upon a panel assessment of clinical history and/or allergic sensitization by 1 to 2 years, total N = 1115 (1), was RR = 1.47, 95% CI 0.93 to 2.33. For parent report of a doctor diagnosis of food allergy at 1 to 2 years, total N = 1602 (3), and the pooled treatment effect was RR 1.07, 95% CI 0.83 to 1.37. No low risk of bias sensitivity analysis was possible. The gene discussed is IGHE; the disease is food allergy.
