As shown in Figure 5, the baseline level of CD200R+CD4+T cells yielded an area under the receiver operating characteristic [AUROC (95% CI)] [0.868 (0.733–1.000)] curve that predicted 90 d mortality rate vs. that of NLR, model for end-stage liver disease (MELD), MELD-Na, Child-Turcotte-Pugh (CTP), and chronic liver failure-consortium ACLF (CLIF-C ACLF) score [0.761 (0.538–0.983), 0.840 (0.672–1.000), 0.870 (0.702–1.000), 0.580 (0.322–0.838), and 0.840 (0.684–0.996), respectively]. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is chronic liver failure.
