KEGG pathway analysis showed that MK3 correlated genes were also closely associated with immune-related signaling pathways, including cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction, osteoclast differentiation, chemokine signaling pathway, proteoglycans in cancer, Th17 cell differentiation, natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity, TNF signaling pathway, Toll-like receptor signaling pathway, Th1 and Th2 cell differentiation, T-cell receptor signaling pathway, B-cell receptor signaling pathway, and NF-kappa B signaling pathway (Figures 4E, F). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and cancer.
