Interestingly, if the paths of clusters from the diagram are analyzed, it can be observed that one of the main contributions that lead to AF inducibility is the combination of profiles with high conductance of the inward rectifier K+ channel (K1), low diffusion, high concentration of extracellular potassium, high conductance for the sodium channel and low conductance of the ultra-rapidly activating delayed rectifier current (IKur). Here, KRT1 is linked to atrial fibrillation.
