MLH1 and neoplasm: Univariate prognostic analysis showed that age (P = 0.0064), morphological types (P < 0.0001), pathological stage (P < 0.0001), postoperative complication (P = 0.0034), tumor resectability (P < 0.0001), and the MLH1 TaqMeth value were significantly associated with prognosis in primary gastric cancer (S3 Table).
