In patients with nonsquamous NSCLC who were positive for EGFR 19/21 mutations and failed targeted first‐line therapy, the ORR of patients who received ICI‐combined chemotherapy was 40.6%, while the ORR of patients who received ICI monotherapy was 27.3% (p = 0.494).
