MAP4K4 and cervical carcinoma: Meanwhile, the level of p62/SQSTM1 protein in cervical cancer patients who were sensitive to cisplatin was higher than that in patients who were not sensitive to cisplatin, which further confirmed that the higher level of SOX6-induced autophagy mediated by MAP4K4 might reduce the sensitivity of cervical cancer cells to cisplatin chemotherapy in cervical cancer patients (Fig. 6G, J, K).
